Dominik Zimmermann will take over the financial management of Primeo Energie as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and member of the Executive Board as of January 1, 2024. He succeeds Stephan Naef, who, after more than seven years as CFO of Primeo Energie, has decided to reorient himself and to hand over the management of the finance division to younger hands at an early stage.
The Board of Directors of Primeo Energie has appointed Dominik Zimmermann (45), currently Head of Reporting and Controlling at Primeo Energie, as the new Chief Financial Officer (CFO). He will take over the new function as of Jan. 1, 2024. Zimmermann succeeds Stephan Naef. He has decided to reorient himself and hand over the management of the finance division to younger hands at an early stage. Over the past seven years, he has actively and successfully shaped the transformation from the former EBM to Primeo Energie. The Board of Directors and the Executive Board would like to take this opportunity to thank him for his great commitment.
Dominik Zimmermann has been working for Primeo Energie since 2014 and was previously responsible for Reporting, Controlling and Treasury. He is an economist and, in addition to many years of industry experience, has profound, comprehensive experience in financial management. Zimmermann lives with his family in Birsfelden.
