Primeo Energie is currently running a number of internal digitalisation and automation projects to speed up processing times. The current average minimum processing times (working days) for registrations for photovoltaic systems (standard cases such as residential buildings without special grid expansion, etc.) can be found here.

In order to process the high volume of applications efficiently, especially for photovoltaic and complex systems, our specialists will be happy to assist you by telephone from Monday to Friday from 8:00 to 12:00.
You also have the option of sending us an e-mail with your enquiry at installationskontrolle@primeo-energie.ch. We will respond to your enquiry within 3 to 5 working days.
