On Tuesday, 9 July 2024, the power went out at 7:09 in parts of the municipalities of Trimbach, Hauenstein, Ifenthal, Wisen, Lostorf and Eptingen. All customers were supplied with electricity again at 8:40.
A total of 1200 customers were affected. The cause of the fault was a short circuit on the 16-kilovolt overhead line in the direction of Trimbach.
Primeo Energie apologises to the customers affected for the inconvenience and recommends checking the clocks on electrical appliances such as heaters, cookers, alarm clocks and so on and resetting them if necessary.
