On Wednesday, 6.11.2024, the power went out in parts of the municipality of Allschwil at 9:16 am. 20 minutes later, from 9:36 a.m., all customers were supplied with electricity again. This affected 3125 customers. The exact cause of the interruption is still unclear and is currently being investigated.
Primeo Energie apologizes to the customers affected for the inconvenience and recommends that they check the clocks on their electrical appliances such as heaters, cookers, alarm clocks and so on and reset them if necessary.
