The following new feature is now available:

  • Fault report for public lighting:

    The new "Fault report PL" function for communes makes it possible to receive residents' notifications (such as for defective street lighting). The commune receives a message via email. In the case of a resident's report, the commune can then decide whether the commune itself or Primeo Energie should carry out the repair.
    As soon as repair has been completed, the status of the card and the message list is updated.

After each maintenance, customers can benefit from various improved technical features. These include shorter charging times and other minor improvements.
