The following new feature is now available:

Adjustment of login page:

  • Terms of use: Improved terms of use for the customer portal, including the new login/registration options (two-factor authentication, login via Google or Apple, Primeo Assistant).
  • Invoice overview: In the invoice overview, any inactive contract accounts are clearly marked as inactive, meaning that irrelevant invoice settings are no longer displayed.
  • Self-service reports: Portal customers can now create reports such as "multi-year energy evaluation" by themselves.

After each maintenance, customers can benefit from various improved technical features. These include shorter charging times and other minor improvements.
