The following new feature is now available:
- Functional adjustment of consumption reports: Previously, customers received their consumption reports monthly by email with a PDF/Excel attachment (or manually based on the selected period). From now on, customers will receive an email informing them that a new consumption report is available. The link takes you to "My documents" in the portal.
In particular, this improvement enhances data security and increases the use of helpful portal functions.
After each maintenance, our customers can benefit from various technically optimised features. These include shorter charging times and other minor improvements.
