As a company with local ties, we live up to our social responsibility and are committed to public welfare in the region. To this end, the Delegates' Meeting of EBM (Genossenschaft Elektra Birseck) approves funds for donations and benefactors' contributions from the profit each year. We thus only support charitable projects in the social, sport and cultural fields within our grid area. For us to be able to suppThe project is non-profit and accessible to the general publicort your project financially, it must meet the following criteria in accordance with our donation regulations:
 

• Project is being implemented in our network area
• Project is located in the areas of social affairs, sport and culture
• The project is non-profit and accessible to the general public
   

In addition, the project must not fall under any of the following exclusion criterial: political parties, individuals, education, projects outside our grid area, stays abroad, deficit guarantee or post-financing, scholarships, tuition fees, MA theses.

Our patronage contributions from the donation fund are clearly distinct from our sponsorship, which primarily includes cycling. Products and services of Primeo Energie (energy, electricity distribution) will not be financed. There must be no contradictions or conflicts of interest vis-à-vis the company's principles or the mission statement.
