Once you have signed the contract, we will coordinate everything with your current gas supplier and grid operator. A change of gas supplier depends on the type of gas meter you use. If you have a smart meter, we can make the switch at your preferred time. Simply select the product you want and complete the order form. Important: For the switch, you will need to enter your meter number, which you can find either on your gas bill or directly on your gas meter.
Once you have completed the order process with us, we will terminate your contract with the current supplier at your preferred time and register you with your gas network operator. You don’t need to do anything else.
