On Friday 24 May 2024, the power went out in parts of the municipalities of Bretzwil, Himmelried, Lauwil and Nunningen from 10:03. The power supply was restored by means of a switchover so that customers were supplied with electricity again from 10:39. A total of 1281 customers were affected. The fault was caused by civil engineering work that damaged a power cable, resulting in a short circuit and therefore a power cut.
Primeo Energie apologises to the customers affected for the inconvenience and recommends that they check the clocks on electrical appliances such as heaters, cooking equipment, alarm clocks, etc. and reset them if necessary.
