Major consumers with an energy consumption of more than 100,000 kWh per year may be subject to quota allocation in case of a power shortage. The quota allocation system consists of a quantitative restriction on the amount of electricity consumed in relation to a reference period.
Electricity customers subject to a quota can obtain only a reduced quantity of electrical energy (quota) for a certain period (quota period).
With the Primeo Energie OSTRAL app, you have your energy consumption under control at all times.

In the first phase, the app will be available only to the affected major consumers.
Major consumers who are affected by possible electricity quotas will receive a user name and an initial password from Primeo Energie. If you have not received any login information, please get ask your contact at Primeo Energie.
To put it simply, all metering points with market access are affected. If quotas are introduced, you will be sent a list of all metering points concerned. The consumption shown in the app is based on these.
The total of all relevant 15-minute load profiles is updated in each case in the morning of the following day. Ideally, you will find updated data from 10 a.m. onwards.
The written order always takes precedence.
